We remember to all of those with Smartbox, to use them in the low and medium Season.
Infact, We don't accept them in the period of high and highest Season, and in the italian holiday. Except at lastminute according with the availability of the moment.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Check in is from 14.00 pm To 20.00 pm. If the customer arrives at the hotel before this time, if the room should be already available, it could be occupied immediately.
In case of any delay beyond of that time, please kindly advise the hotel by phone. We inform You that our restaurant close at 21.00 pm.
Check out is until 10.30 a.m. of the departure's day.
if the customer wishes to extend its presence in the hotel until the afternoon of the departure's day with luggage storage and use of services bath / shower, it will be requested an extra charge of 5 euros per person.
Your booking by phone or by email, will be considered confirmed only after receiving a deposit, the 20% of the total amount. All the details of it, will be agreed with the management at the time of provisional confirmation.
The booking is subject to the following cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained and considered valid for a future stay.
No refund will be provided in case of late arrival or early departure.
The balance of the stay will be made at check-out. Payment can be made by cash, credit / debit cards.
Payment by check will be accepted only if made ??upon arrival at the hotel.
For bookings made through our booking system online WuBook, the credit card information requested will be used only to guarantee the reservation,
specifying that: in case of late cancellation less than 20 days from the date of arrival and in case of no-show, they can be used to withdraw 20% of the total amount of the stay as a penalty.
